Our principal and staff

Our school team is committed to every student’s learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging. We work together to create a supportive and inclusive school where every child is set up for success.

Welcome from our principal

Welcome to Ashmont Public School, situated on Wiradjuri country. Here, we are dedicated to nurturing curious, confident, and compassionate learners within a supportive and inclusive environment. Our passionate staff collaborate to deliver a rich and engaging curriculum designed to inspire every child to achieve their full potential.

At Ashmont Public School, we believe that education is a shared journey between students, families, and the wider community. We promote open communication and teamwork to ensure that each child feels known, valued, and cared for.

Our school is guided by our GEM values of Gratitude, Empathy, and Mindfulness, alongside the principle of Yindyamarra: to be gentle, honour, take responsibility, and go slowly.

Together, we create a positive and respectful learning community where every student is empowered to thrive.

If you’d like to discuss any aspect of your child’s education, please contact us.
